À PROPOS DE MOI

J’accompagne les professionnel·les du mouvement et les personnes qui aiment bouger à développer leur conscience corporelle et leur présence grâce au mouvement conscient et à l’imagerie mentale, tout en améliorant leur respiration, leur posture, leur coordination des mouvements, leur autorégulation et leur équilibre émotionnel, afin de cultiver une véritable joie de vivre grâce à la liberté de mouvement.

Je suis praticienne certifiée en Rolfing®, en Rolf Movement® et en HeartMath, ainsi qu’instructrice certifiée de la méthode Morales®. Originaire d’Italie, je me suis installée au Canada en 2012.

Depuis mon enfance, je suis fascinée par les liens.

J’ai toujours cherché à relier les différents aspects de la vie et de l’être humain. Pour moi, l’intégration signifie l’expression pleine de notre potentiel humain, en harmonie avec le monde qui nous entoure.

J’ai une formation artistique, scientifique et spirituelle. Je suis également coach certifiée en pleine conscience, en transformation personnelle et en développement spirituel, artiste de la scène et auteure de livres sur le développement personnel et la conscience spirituelle.

Mes domaines d’expertise comprennent la thérapie craniosacrale, l’hypnothérapie, le counselling, le coaching de vie, la PNL, les arts, la musique, la danse, le théâtre, le yoga, le taï-chi et l’aïkido.

Ma passion pour les liens, la communication et les neurosciences m’a amenée à explorer le monde fascinant des interconnexions entre la structure de notre corps, nos pensées, nos émotions, notre langage et l’environnement que nous percevons.

Guidée par cette vocation, je suis d’abord devenue thérapeute craniosacrale, puis j’ai complété ma formation de praticienne certifiée en Rolfing® et en Rolf Movement® auprès du Rolf Institute®. Depuis, j’exerce avec bonheur comme professionnelle du travail corporel, coach en mouvement et artiste de la scène.

Dans les années 1990, j’ai rencontré Philip Beamish (1956–2018), professeur de danse et coach de grandes vedettes du ballet. Nous avons commencé à collaborer afin de créer et d’enregistrer sa méthode, [Beamish Bodymind Balancing®], dont je suis devenue formatrice.

En 2009, j’ai souffert de problèmes neurologiques à la suite d’une légère lésion cérébrale. J’utilisais déjà l’imagerie mentale, les répétitions mentales et les techniques de visualisation dans mes séances de travail corporel et mes cours de mouvement. Convaincue du potentiel de la neuroplasticité, j’ai commencé à explorer toutes mes ressources afin de « recâbler » mon système nerveux et de retrouver une fonctionnalité complète.

En plus de constater les bienfaits des techniques que j’avais apprises quelques années auparavant auprès du [HeartMath Institute], j’ai commencé à explorer et à créer des routines, de nouveaux exercices et des stratégies fondés sur l’imagerie sensorimotrice et la conscience de la respiration. J’étais profondément convaincue qu’en puisant dans mes ressources intérieures les plus profondes et en intégrant d’une nouvelle manière tous les outils dont je disposais déjà, je pouvais restaurer les réseaux neuronaux endommagés et retrouver une fonctionnalité complète. Et c’est ce que j’ai fait.

Après mon rétablissement, j’ai créé la méthode Move In Mind™, avec le soutien de mon mari, Davide Pierini, neuropsychologue passionné.

J’ai commencé à appliquer Move In Mind auprès des personnes que j’accompagnais, avec des résultats extraordinaires tant dans le domaine de la performance dans le mouvement que dans celui de la réadaptation. Move In Mind s’appuie sur les principes de l’[Intégration Structurale Rolfing®] et de [Beamish Bodymind Balancing®], développés dans le contexte des découvertes les plus récentes en neurosciences. Il s’agit d’une méthode révolutionnaire visant à faire de la gravité une ressource plutôt qu’un défi.

Entre 2017 et 2018, j’ai souffert de symptômes invalidants liés au syndrome de fatigue chronique / encéphalomyélite myalgique (SFC/EM). J’ai transformé cette épreuve en une exploration productive et j’ai consacré une année sabbatique à optimiser Move In Mind, ce qui m’a également permis de me rétablir de manière rapide et complète.

C’est pourquoi j’ai décidé de créer un cours en ligne (pour les personnes qui souhaitent améliorer leur posture et leur performance dans le mouvement, réduire les risques de blessures ou soutenir leur processus de récupération) ainsi qu’un programme de certification (pour les professionnel·les du travail corporel, des arts de la scène et des disciplines du mouvement), afin d’en faire bénéficier le plus grand nombre de personnes possible.
