On this page, you can find two Playlists (both in English and Italian) containing all the free and exclusive videos I created originally for my subscribers, grouped into two courses: 'Move In Mind' and 'The Alchemy of the Heart'. Now it's on the Menu because I want to give everybody the opportunity to get a taste not only of the Move In Mind Method but also of The Alchemy of the Heart course, based on the work of the HeartMath Institute.

In both Playlists, the videos are grouped and displayed below in a way that should make it easy to find the specific video you want to watch at any time. Anyway, I suggest you watch the videos by respecting their sequence, at least the first time you watch them.
